1. Planning
You can use the online form below to submit an inquiry. Please include the location, date, working hours, number of staff, activities, and desired clothing. Alternatively, you can contact us by email. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
2. Costs
We tailor our service to the individual requirements and budget of our customers and interested parties. Get in touch with us to receive an individual and free quote for your event presentation. For larger-scale requests, we will of course accommodate you in terms of price.
3. Selection and Booking
We advertise your job to our staff and select candidates based on your specifications (e.g., experience, language skills). Our database with sedcards helps you make a binding booking based on photos and details. An invoice is then issued according to the booked hours.
4. Deployment
We guarantee the deployment of the booked personnel and provide qualified replacements within 24 hours in the event of absences. Our automated checks minimize the likelihood of absences. Additionally, a dedicated contact person is always available to address your questions or concerns.
5. Conclusion and Evaluation
After the assignment, you will receive a separate invoice for any overtime – no additional costs beyond that. You can rate the staff’s performance, and if desired, book the same staff again through us. Your feedback helps us continuously improve our service and make future bookings even more efficient.
